This engine is actually based on the old 1.6 Zetec's and I am led To upgrade the 150 HP version of the 1.6 ECOboost to 182 HP the PCM needs to be reprogrammed. The new software needs to be the exact 182 HP equivalent of the 150 HP software that is currently installed. Because of several (technical) changes through the Years there are several different versions of software for the 1.6 ECOboost.
